A ban on baiting for hunting of cervidae should also be implemented. I'm an avid hunter myself, but baiting deer concentrates them to a very specific area with many different individuals frequenting the same site, eating from the same device. These feeders can certainly help propagate disease as several deer noses can be contacting the same piece of pvc pipe for example (on PVC deer feeders).
