Whilst it is critical that we address the issue of organics whether it is household or commercial, the above proposal does not seem to be well thought out - it will cause more problems than it will solve. I suggest that we look at other means of disposal. The carbon footprint itself is seems to be something that is not addressed. Is it not the gas that is killing us slowly by eroding the ozone layer?

It is critical that we get this right. This issue together with deforestation is what has be deemed to be making the earth "sick".

Lets get this right guys...once and for all for the sake of our children and grandchildren!
