I would like to share the following comments:
1. I’d like to suggest the timing of the transition to consolidated ECA’s be after the July 2021 Asset Management timeline. Municipalities will be better prepared to transition to a consolidated ECA and have the availability to change our business processes once an asset management plan is in place.
2. Are there any intentions of developing Design Criteria for storm water management facilities (ponds, LID's etc.)?
3. With regards to Schedule E, Section 5.0 (Monitoring Plan), is it up to the discretion of the municipality to choose which facilities should be included in the monitoring plan? Would all facilities have to be part of the monitoring plan at some point on a rotational basis?
