This study does not account for the noise of trucks arriving or leaving the facility. Also, the study does not account for the noise of backup alarms on vehicles on site, which can range up to 100 dPA. I live very close to this proposed facility and am extremely concerned for our quality of life and the loss of value to our home on Beechgrove Dr. This type of facility belongs well outside the boundaries of this residential community.
