3.2 Transitional - I didn't think that there were still any locations needed this but perhaps there is.
3.3.1 - 3) some areas have many different systems included in their operational plan so this may be a bit much for a title. Durham has 11 systems for instance.
3.3.2 - 1) the requirement to send this as a single PDF is not possible.
