Rather than just listing specific watercrafts that could carry invasive species indicate ALL watercraft. Anything that goes in the water and can be transported to another body of water.
ie kayak, paddle boards, paddle boats.

There is a new 'beast' on the lakes called a Watercross which is a sled/snowmobile that goes on water. We just had our first experience of this watercraft on May 1 on a deep, cold water, trout sensitive lake.
The first thing they did was drive it up the shoreline about 10m off shore (shallower water for the test run) during Loon and Migratory nesting season!
Then ran it down the center of the lake (also a spotting boat travels with them).
Then just off shore in deeper water it sunk! This apparently is a common occurrence as the rules of the sport are that a 30' rope with a floater ball is required. IF, during a race the sled sinks it sits on bottom until after the events and must be retrieve.
Note: that this was not an event. They probably practice from lake to lake as they are not making any friends when they arrive. The police were called onsite for this occurrence.

Comments from various postings there seems to be little knowledge of boating rules, shoreline sensitivity ie. wakes, erosion, nesting water fowl which leads me to believe that Invasive Species and Clean+Drain+Dry practices would be limited!
