Wheel size - Restricting the wheel size to 350 mm is not a good idea and will severely affect thousands of customers and ebike businesses. We know the size of wheel is primarily in accordance with the intended load carrying capacity and the type of the bike. For basic utility bikes meant for commute, it don't need big size wheels. Small wheels but optimum for the type of bike, light weight and strong wheels is the way forward. The size restriction to 350 mm will not only affect several innovative and futuristic designs to not be launched on our roads but also makes thousands of affordable ebikes currently on roads and the inventory with dealers illegal. I strongly propose to not have any size limitation for the wheels.
Weight - It is highly recommended not to restrict the weight to 55 Kg for class 1 type ebikes. This is too restrictive at the moment. Recommending to set the limit at 90Kg max.
