Wheel size - Restricting the wheel size to 350 mm is not a good idea and will severely affect thousands of customers and ebike businesses. We know the size of wheel is primarily in accordance with the intended load carrying capacity and the type of the bike. Read more

It's common for ebikes to be doing well over 30kph in the bike lanes, through parks, or in areas where motorized vehicles are banned. Police claim the law is too vague for them to enforce. Is there a way of wording these definitions so by-laws are enforceable? Read more

I know so many low income families rely on moped or motorcycle style ebikes as their only transportation for daily commute. Adding license or insurance on these products will leave they not choice but give up this ebike option. Which will cost huge impact for these families. Read more
