I would object to having unlicensed operators running facilities. More than 50percent of all operators are currently OIT’s. Sad the Goverment overlooks their responsibility to supply trained certified staff. Water and wastewater treatment is critical to public health. Time to change! Chemicals and their supply chain are the heart of treatment, sodium hypochlorite is in short supply what are doing to ensure there is adequate supply given this chemical degrades fairly quickly? Time to review and develop a operational standard for wastewater treatment like drinking water quality environmental standard!
