Comment
The Cap and Trade Act has been a good tool to address the very real and worsening realities of climate change. Penalizing polluters and having those penalties support and fund sustainable initiatives throughout our province makes perfect sense. To cancel this Act only serves to reward polluters and this does not make any sense to me.
