Hi,

Copies of damaged vehicle pictures and estimate must be sent to MTO from insurance co,when vehicle is total loss and should be available for current owner to change brand from salvage to rebuilt,As sometimes buyer suffers a lot to obtain these pictures and estimate.Fee can be charged from person who request for this info.
