I am 100% in full support of your proposals in its entirety, but especially proposal #2 to allow use of bows / crossbows during CDH seasons, proving hunters wear blaze orange.
I think this is a fair, equitable, and progressive rule change you guys could make and I applaud you for bringing this proposal forward.
