Thank you for allowing me to comment. Although my comment exceeds your current proposal. I feel it is important to add an additional item for consideration.

I do so as you may not be aware of the disapproval of the limitation to black powder firearms in WMU 92.

In the 1980's , special interest groups manipulated / lobbied for black powder firearms to be used during the controlled deer hunt season. Adjoining WMU's allow the use of both style of firearms.

Please consider the use of shotguns in WMU 92. To not do so is discriminatory behavior.
It is discriminatory because shotguns and black powder firearms are allowed to be used simultaneously in other WMUs.
It forces hunters such as myself to purchase one more firearm.
Farmers / landowners / residents also have to purchase a special interest / single use black powder firearm to hunt their own and adjacent properties.
The regulation of current WMUs align with roadways. Property on one side of a roadway permits shotguns during their controlled hunt, the property on the other side of the roadway is limited to black powder firearms. Deer travel freely.

All previous arguments / evidence used previously are no longer valid.
- modern black powder firearms far exceed the range of shotgun.
- opening up WMU to shotguns will not bring an influx of non residents to the WMU.
- shot gun owners are not irresponsible nor reckless trespassers

The numbers of deer in WMU are at a high number, motor vehicle collisions are numerous. Unlucky motorists are at risk and expense.

Please consider my request. Recognize equally, avoid discriminatory practices.
