I disagree with the cap and trade or any carbon tax AT all - I fully support the PC party of Ontario and the Federal PC party in the endeavour to eliminate the cap and trade and any other so called carbon tax. Carbon tax in any form is just another tax and will do NOTHING to curb climate change - This must be done through transformation to alternate methods of energy production (ie electric cars) and prosecuting those that pollute beyond guidelines - a perfect example - people travelling over the speed limit burn a lot more fuel and should be charged with speeding and assessed a 25 to 50% environmental fine.
