I strongly disagree with this legislation. You have responsibility to the people to protect the environment for future generations. You also have a responsibility to not squander investments that have already been made. According to Dianne Saxe, the cap and trade programme was beginning to work and you basically throwing that out. This does not make financial or environmental sense. Please reconsider this.
