It is crucial that 3300 acres of Hamilton farmland be protected by freezing Hamilton's urban boundary.
Any destruction of farmland and wetlands anywhere for housing, industry or roads is detrimental to the health and wellbeing of everyone.
Food security, increased pollution impacting the environment and climate change are major concerns. The added burden on taxpayers to cover the infrastructure costs is another problem.
We must protect our farmland!!
