The numbers and facts speak for themselves. Urban sprawl is a cancer, devouring precious & non-renewable farmlands & greenspaces.We can, and must, limit our development within our existing laid out boundaries.Greedy developers, and the other players can still be making a buck without laying the cost burden back onto the taxpaying public.
Let's do this right, and NOT burden our future generation(s) with a cost/environmental nightmare!
