It's a puzzle to me that when the future for our children and our children is at stake, we don't all put our shoulders to the wheel so to speak, and do our part. Surely most people would opt for doing whatever we can to persuade our provincial government that this is not a time to diminish action on climate change but indeed to step up our response to it . Where is the leadership in this government? A leader MUST look ahead and do what is needed to ensure that those coming after us will be able to survive - in the case of climate change, this means have a sustainable planet to live on. I couldn't be more adamant in my plea to get this government to support environmental policies that have been put in place and indeed continue in this excellent direction. There is urgency - what we do now will be WAY more effective than trying to fix things once they are damaged. It's cheaper too! Thank you for your attention.
