I am generally in support of these proposed changes. My only comment is that they are still not ambitious enough. I would encourage consideration of bumping the “as of right” residential housing allowances up to those in Recommendation 3 of the Ontario Housing Affordability Task Force Report: 4 units and up to 4 storeys on a single residential lot.
