Which specific neighbourhoods in Ontario will this new bill apply to. How are these neighbourhoods being determined.
Also what is the minimum size of the lot that bill 23 will apply to. Three units is a fair size and would not work on a smaller lot that is common now in the suburbs of Ottawa. Perhaps this should be limited to corner lots.
What considerations are being discussed to ensure there is enough parking for potentially two additional families.
Where will the snow go when the front lawns of these properties are reduced or removed for additional parking and/or housing.
