Don't do this.
The Greenbelt is protecting some of our most sensitive natural areas. This would be a shortsighted and idiotic thing to do decades ago, but with the overwhelming evidence now of the climate crisis we are in the middle of, this amendment would be willingly negligent.

We need our natural spaces to help regulate the climate, keep our air breathable, our water clean. Increase density in the places we've already developed! There is a finite amount of space in this province, on this planet. We have to stop treating it like there's always more over the horizon.

Please, for the sake of our continued existence on this planet - don't build in the Greenbelt.
