Cities in Ontario are mostly comprised of single family houses, even in Toronto. We need to densify cities, allowing gentle densification in all residential neighbourhoods is the best way forward. Why would you support sprawling and a development model that has proved to be non-sustainable? Denser cities mean that the cities can invest in more infrastructure - community centres, schools, parks - that will provide quality of life for all new and existing inhabitants, instead of stretching thin their resources. The white picket fence is not the dream, and it is not sustainable. Talk to people that know about planning and the environment. You represent the people, not your friends Mr. Ford. Do better, do it right.
