This is an extreme betrayal…

This is an extreme betrayal of public trust. The greenbelt is a provincial and national Park. To erode it and destroy it is absolutely unacceptable. We need to seek intensification for many reasons mainly it reduces the tax burden on taxpayers. It is cheaper to provide services over a small area instead of services over a massive area.

The public has spoken on this topic before and it would be a grave error to dismiss public interest. The greenbelt also gives us a carbon credit that will constantly pay out every year. It's a fantastic investment for the province. I urge the council to think about our future generations and preserving our natural heritage of this province.
