Regards Missing Middle and Transit Area density -- agree and thank you.
Regards Site Plan Control changes - do not agree - This will result in quantitative and not qualitative measures. Exclusion of exterior design elements from site plan control traditionally prepared by landscape architects, will minimize the importance of excellence in design, limits city ability to implement requirements established in Official Plans, as well as climate change initiatives such as Toronto’s Green Standard.
Regards Parkland Dedication changes - do not agree - These changes could result in lands unsuitable for in either size or quality be provided for municipalities to develop or maintain as useful parkland or recreational facilities.
Regards Conservation Authorities changes - do not agree - CAs will no longer be able to comment on conservation of land and pollution which may result in less protection of our natural environment, including wetlands and forests.
Please reconsider and think of future generations regarding climate change, recreation needs, environmental protection - thank you.
