I am totally opposed to the proposed changes in regard to wetlands and to the other content of Bill 23. Yes, there is a need for more affordable housing, but these buildings do not need to be on valuable wetland. There is lots of vacant land or old buildings in most cities. l The protection of the environment is for our own good!
