I strongly OPPOSE opening up the green belt any further in order to “accommodate new immigrants let in by the federal government “ . What a complete crock! All new Canadians will find their place and it doesn’t need to always be in an ever expanding poorly sustainable City like Toronto every time! Not at the cost of clean rivers, farm land where most our Ontario food is grown and forests which are working very hard to be the lungs for this big city. It is difficult to trust you Mr Ford- this is the second time around where you are trying to give away the very land that keeps us from becoming a huge smog filled city with nothing but bald dry land North of us. What a shame!
