Not only should residential properties not encroach on the green belt, but the green belt should be expanded.
Residential should be focused on cities and towns and allow single family dwellings to be built into triplexes. Foreign investors should also be barred from Ontario real estate and there should be a cap on the amount of properties one person can legally own.
