The expansion into the greenbelt, an act which we were assured would not happen, is a direct and affront attack on the beautiful and rich landscape of Ontario. We cannot any longer sacrifice natural land and wildlife for profit of a few rich. It is the duty of every citizen to want to persevere and protect the natural landscape. If more houses are needed we should be looking at underfunded and underdeveloped townships in the North which could seriously benefit from a new wave of people. Please reconsider the destruction of the Greenbelt it is not only a sure fire way to harm the limited progress we have made in curbing emissions but it is also a statement that our childrens future, and the future of Ontario will always be second to greed and rapid development. Please protect the greenbelt
