Hello. I think this drive clean program is doing a super job. I been working on drive clean inspector over last 5 years in auto repair service. I seen how people don't care about their car condition. lot of people out there are not taking care of their car till they need to renew their sticker. It because of drive clean program we have in place. car manufacture are making cleaner car!!!! lot of people out there can't afford new car every 4 to 5 years. car on the road over 6 to 10 are still not bad. lot of people are still driving car are over 15 years on the road!!!!! drive clean program are the last deface to keep these car off the road because they are badly rusted beyond repair. repair bill to keep these bad people unable to renew their sticker force them put the car to junk yard. I seen a person with 2003 import came into our shop asking us to perform drive clean test on his car. of coarse it fail because there is exhaust leak,engine light and car evap system are not even working. we found out later that his car are not even safe to put it on host for inspection under the car because of rust. -------do you like a person operating a car like that sharing the road any where near you or your love one----
