I’m a resident of Ontario…

I’m a resident of Ontario and I do not support the destruction of the natural areas of the green belt to create housing. Instead, we need to be creating higher density housing within the Settlement Areas and Urban Areas already designated. We also need to be reclaiming Brownfield lands and vacant areas for mixed use development including housing.

If we cut down a 200 year old tree, it will take another 200 years for a new tree to grown back. Once the natural areas are destroyed they are gone forever. It’s important for my children to experience nature. Please don’t take that away from them!
