This is a complete affront…

This is a complete affront to every step we've made to environmental healing. How much land do we have like this, completely protected from our destruction? Infiltrating the peace of the protected ecosystems within the Greenbelt is not for the people, it's not for housing or expansion, it's selfishness. We need to back off. This is a huge mistake that can still be taken back. Please, for our future and for our children's future, do not do this. It might seem like just one incident, but allowing protected greenspace to be vulnerable to construction and destruction is just a statement that we don't need to value such things. More mistakes like this WILL come. And then it'll be too late for any of our futures.
