I’m shocked that this proposal even exists. Purposely damaging some of the most important farmland and green space in the province is unfathomable to me. I wish I could see a premier in this province who sticks to his word. I am so disheartened that Doug Ford is so easily Walking back on what he said. As a citizen of this province, I am so disheartened that our premier has no problem lying to all of us in this way, Ford said he would not touch the green belt and this is heart wrenching to watch. Not to mention the catastrophic climate changes that this will incur in the province. I sincerely hope conservation authorities are listened to, and valuable and irreplaceable green space remains, untouched and protected.
