This is an abhorrent idea…

This is an abhorrent idea. The Greenbelt needs to be protected, and the Conservation act was put in place out of a necessity to prevent these very acts. If the Greenbelt were to be developed, those developed areas would experience terrible floods. The damages would be expensive, and that’s where you want to put people with lower incomes? This idea was clearly not thought through properly, and needs to stop immediately.
