Hello, I may be young but even I know that this a terrible plan. We already have enough space for everyone in Canada with the spaces already built up. Just continue building them up, we don’t need sprawl. All that does is add more taxes needed to fund next years count. Build more residential pathways instead with mixed zoning, urban sprawl, not suburban squall.
