The problem isn't that we need more housing, the problem is that all the housing in this province is prohibitively expensive. There are empty houses all over the place that are empty because they cost over a million dollars.

Ripping up our Greenbelt to build luxury housing, which let's be honest, that is very likely what will be going in, does nothing but destroy our environment, and continue to increase the value of houses, exacerbating the outrageous prices they already are.

This needs to be scrapped, immediately. Ontario has much bigger problems that need to be addressed right now.
