I support total conservation…

I support total conservation of our environment here in Ontario. I believe that our Greenbelt is a precious environment that needs to be sustained, and even grown, to support the needs of our wildlife, our water, and our air. I’m not sure if you are aware that Ontario’s Greenbelt protects farmland, communities, forests, wetlands and watersheds. It also preserves cultural heritage and supports recreation and tourism in Ontario’s Greater Golden Horseshoe. And so, to preserve it would be to Ontario’s benefit. I have taken the liberty of attaching a PDF document that expresses the benefits of the Ontario Greenbelt in a concise way. It is my hope that this document can be studied by all those who are making decisions about the conservation of the Greenbelt.
