Leave the Greenbelt alone. These mass housing developments of large homes and little to no green space is no help to climate change. We need green space we need space for nature and clean air. Rather that n open up to these mass builds where is the smart planning. Why are we not exploring low impact options.
Do not profit from the destruction of what little green space and nature that exists in the GTA.
I would love a new house, but not at the expense of the place that cleans our air, our water and local food growth. When will it end?!
Think smarter. What building already exist that aren’t being used that can be changed into low impact housing/ condos.
