There is already land on which to develop that doesn't exist within the Greenbelt. Do not undo that work, it isn't necessary. It hasn't even been 20 years since it's formal designation, the only reason this is happening is because money. Developers are ruining this city as it is we don't need more slapped-together cardboard houses on protected land.

I'm sure we've all read the Narwhal article. Maybe read it again.
