The Ontario government will end up passing this bill and it will hinder municipalities ability to properly plan for/pay for growth. This bill is shortsighted and was created when a so-called “housing crisis” was going on. This crisis was temporary and is not the current state of affairs in the province. Please do not pass this bill.
