I believe that no action should be taken on this item until a full accounting of land transactions between 2018 to today take place. As per many articles including the following globeandmail article https://www.theglobeandmail.com/canada/article-sales-of-greenbelt-land-… , there have been some purchases of land that seem highly irregular.
