Do not get rid of valuable farmland/wetlands! These are an important part of our natural environment in Ontario. Just because major PC donors own the land, doesn’t mean that it should be destroyed. Doug Ford has gone on the record in the past promising that he would not touch the Greenbelt, but against citizen wishes, he is now opening the land under the guise of the housing crisis. Increasing sprawl with million dollar, single family homes, will not solve anything in Ontario, and going against the wishes of municipalities to allow added density is wrong and undemocratic.
