I believe that this Bill will greatly enrich the developers, help the Conservatives fund raise for the party but do NOTHING to address the housing shortage.
Turning over Greenbelt Land to build high end Town Homes and Million Dollar lake front mini-mansions while insisting that I believe it is for the public good is an insult to my intelligence. And, couple that with the forecast rise in my property taxes to pay for this blatant disregard of the will of the people adds injury to insult.
This Bill must be repealed. NOW!.
