It is unconscionable that this government would move to remove designated protected lands to benefit developers, without consideration for vertical development for housing rather than encouraging continued urban sprawl.
These lands, like the areas designated for the just as stupid 413 highway are vital to agriculture, old growth forests and the environment. Playing a shell game to move designations to areas that developers don't want (for now) shouts of cronyism and shady back room deals.
