In reading this proposal, I noted the phrase "build faster plan". It would seem to me that of the approx. 88,000 acres currently within urban boundaries there should be a significant amount of land that already has infrastructure in place. ie: hydro/sewers/gas lines/roads etc. To me it is shameful to take Greenbelt land (much of it natural habitat) and destroy it to build 1.5M homes. LEAVE the Greenbelt lands alone!
