I think this proposed plan…

I think this proposed plan is short sighted and lacks any kind of serious consideration. I believe that existing eco-systems need not be destroyed then essentially reassigned protected status somewhere else.

If there are homes needed, fix the issues that are keeping people from being priced out of the market, and fix the systemic issues making it so that new families coming to Ontario from elsewhere won’t be able to afford a home.

This just sounds like another chance for a corporation to come in and buy up Dozens of homes to rent out at high prices versus any kind of fix.
