This idea of building on the greenbelt is absolutely terrible. No one wants to live that far out from the city. Build more density where the jobs actually are.. in Toronto, Vaughan and Mississauga. Future generations are not going to look at the sprawl created and think how lucky we are that the ford government paved over farmland and natural ecosystems. If your preserve it, like is enshrined in law, people will be healthier and thankful for it. Stop thinking about your post political career board positions and start thinking about what is actually best for the people.
