-There are other proven solutions for addressing housing access and affordability that should be implemented instead
-Adding housing supply in these areas will be burdensome for municipalities to service as suburban and rural housing costs more to cities than it generates in terms of tax revenue
-If housing is going to be added in these areas despite my comments, please ensure that they have public transportation and essential stores within safe walking distance in order to not create vehicle dependent areas that add to traffic congestion and people's expenses
