I am opposed to section 019-6197 of bill 23. It will remove thousands of hectares of valuable land previously protected in perpetuity and allow development. It also passes the cost of this infrastructure onto the local taxpayers when it was previously the responsibility of the developers. I vehemently oppose this bill.
