By removing the public meeting requirement, this removes the ability for important comment from neighbours and the community. This removes an important engagement piece with the greater neighbourhood and people who live, work, and engage with the area. This is allowing developers to push forward their agenda and allows them to not care, or give any concern to the greater community.
