It would certainly be disappointing, and counter-productive if the energy conservation programs currently offered by the IESO through the LDCs are reduced or eliminated as a result of the changes planned to the Green Energy Act.
Significant progress, that wouldn't have been possible without the assistance of the IESO, made over the last number of years would be affected if energy conservation grants are eliminated.
